NDEX recognizes that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the products and services
offered by NDEX. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. Information we
collect and how we use it: When you sign up for an NDEX service we ask you for personal information
(such as your name, address, phone number, email address and an account password). For certain services,
such as our premier services, we request credit card information which we maintain in encrypted form on
secure servers. NDEX uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising
and content you see, fulfill your requests, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide
anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. When you use NDEX services, our servers automatically
record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This may include information such
as your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one
or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. When you send email or other communication to NDEX,
we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our
services. This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by NDEX. We do
not exercise control over any other sites displayed or links from within our site. These other sites may place
their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
Information sharing:
NDEX does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated
companies except to provide services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following
circumstances: We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action
regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of
any person, violations of NDEX terms and conditions, or as otherwise required by law. We respond to subpoenas,
court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Information security:
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration,
disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing
practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to
systems where we store personal data.
Data integrity:
NDEX processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with
its Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal
information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their
personal information whenever necessary.
Accessing and updating personal information:
When you use NDEX services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information
and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request. We ask individual
users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing
such requests. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of
charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Some of our services have different procedures
to access, correct or delete users' personal information.
Ability to Edit and Cancel Your Account Information and Preferences:
You can access and make changes to your account information at any time. NDEX reserve the right to send you
certain communications relating to our products and services, such as service announcements, administrative
messages and the NDEX updates without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. You can
cancel your NDEX account by contacting us. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you
no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by making the changes in your
profile manager page or by emailing our Customer Support at support@ndex.com or by contacting us by telephone

Changes to this policy:
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this
Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any
Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice
(including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes).
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's
name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit
the site. NDEX will not store this information; it is for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email
and tracking the success of our referral program.

We use other third parties to provide the reoccurring billing for our premier members on our site. When you
sign up for a premier profile, we will share your credit card information as will as your name and address as
necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies
on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information
you submit while on our site.
